提出一种新的方法构建有机聚合物全光开关,使用二芳基材料顺-1,2-二氰基-1,2-双(2,4,5-三甲基-3-噻吩基)cis-1,2-Dicyano-1,2-bis(2,4,5-trimethyl-3-thienyl)ethene乙烯掺杂到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),制成掺杂聚合物薄膜样品,分别以紫外光和532nm激光作为激发光,分别照射二芳基乙烯掺杂薄膜样品,633nm氦氖激光为探测光,实验研究并获得了薄膜样品的双稳态全光开关效应,研究结果为双稳态全光开关的研发提供了新的实验支持.
A new method for composing all-optical switching based on diarylethene doped polymers is proposed,cis-1,2-dicyano-1,2-bis(2,4,5-trimethyl-3-thienyl)ethane diarylethene-doped polymer (PMMA) thin films were prepared,the ultraviolet light and 532 nm laser were used as exciting light to irradiate the film samples respectively,and the 633 nm laser was the probe light,the bistable all-optical switching effects of the film samples were studied experimentally and the experiment results were obtained.The re-sults provide new experimental support for the development of the bistable all-optical switching.
