综合考虑环境经济优化调度(CEED)是一个多目标优化问题,提出改进的平均价格罚因子将环境经济双目标优化调度问题转化为单目标优化问题。考虑发电机的出力限制区、爬坡约束及备用约束。提出局部搜索扰动的混合进化规划(HEP)法求解CEED问题,在保留进化规划(EP)全局寻优能力的同时.引入局部搜索扰动提高计算精度.加快后期收敛速度。在调用局部搜索算子的策略上.采用优胜调用策略调用局部搜索算子,并动态自适应改变扰动次数进行局部寻优。在15机系统中分别采用平均价格罚因子EP、平均价格罚因子HEP和改进的平均价格罚因子HEP算法求解CEED问题。结果验证了所提方法的有效性.
CEED(Combined Environmental Economic Dispatch) is a dual-objective optimization,for which MAPPF(Modified Average Price Penalty Factor) is proposed to convert it into mono-objective optimization. With the consideration of the output power limitation area,the ramp constraint and the reserve constraint,HEP (Hybrid Evolutionary Programming) is introduced,which uses the local search disturbance to increase calculation accuracy and speed up final convergence while keeps the global optimization capability of EP(Evolutionary Programming). Local search operator is invoked if fitness evaluation improves,and the times of local search disturbance are changed dynamically and adaptively. Three CEED algorithms,EP with APPF,HEP with APPF and HEP with MAPPF,are compared for a 15-unit system and the test results show HEP with MAPPF has the best effectiveness.
