以十二烯基丁二酸酐为原料合成了十二烯基丁二酸(DSA)和硫化十二烯基丁二酸(SDSA),并将其铵盐作为水溶性润滑添加剂,用四球摩擦磨损试验机评价了其抗磨减摩性能.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了磨斑形貌,用X光吸收近边结构光谱(XANES)对SDSA的铵盐所形成的摩擦和热反应膜进行了表面分析,并初步探讨了其润滑机理.结果表明,在中等负荷下,2种羧酸化合物铵盐均具有良好的抗磨和减摩性能.XANES分析结果显示,SDSA的铵盐所形成的摩擦和热反应膜主要由吸附层和反应层组成.在吸附层中,硫主要以烷基二硫化物形式存在;在摩擦膜中,硫主要以硫酸盐、硫化物形式存在.
Two water- soluble lubricant additives, dodecenylsuccinic acid (DSA) ammonium salt and sulfurized dodecenylsuceinie acid (SDSA) ammonium salt were prepared from dodecenylsuccinic anhydride. Their tribological behaviors were examined by four- ball tester. The worn steel surfaces were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the chemistry of tribofilm and thermal film generated from SDSA ammonium salt was analyzed with X - ray absorption near - edge spectroscopy (XANES). The results show that the two compounds possess good anti -wear and friction -reducing properties under moderate applied loads. According to the XANES results, the tribofilm and thermal film generated from SDSA ammonium salt were mainly composed of adsorbed layer and reactive layer. The chemical states of S in adsorbed layer was mainly alkyl disulfide, while in reactive layer were FeSO4 and FeS.
