针对不同CAD系统之间在信息共享与数据格式等方面存在很大的不一致,导致不同平台或系统生成的数据难以共享的问题,提出基于形状公差本体知识库开发三维模型造型系统的方法。在新一代GPS(N-GPS)本体知识库的理论基础上,通过N-GPS本体知识库与CAD系统之间的集成关系,以形状公差本体知识库为基础,开发三维模型造型系统,验证了该方法的可行性。该系统能实现基本的造型及公差信息的有效传输,为N-GPS在制造业中的应用提供新思路。
There exists inconformity between CAD systems such as information sharing,data formats and so on,the data is difficultly shared by different platforms or systems.In view of this problem,the modeling method of 3Dmodel based on the form tolerance ontology knowledge base is proposed.Based on the theoretical analysis of the ontology knowledge base of new-generation geometrical product specification and verification(N-GPS),the integration relationship between the ontology knowledge base of N-GPS and CAD systems is discussed.3Dmodeling system based on the form tolerance ontology knowledge base is developed to verify the feasibility of this method.The system has two basic functions such as the basic modeling of parts and the effective transmission of tolerance information.The method will provide a new idea for the application of NGPS in the manufacturing.
