利用火焰喷涂和激光原位复合工艺在CLAM钢表面制备了CrFeAlTi复合涂层。利用扫描电镜、基材拉伸法以及摩擦磨损试验机分别分析了复合涂层表面和截面形貌,界面结合性能以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:复合涂层表面光整均匀,涂层内部组织致密分布,没有孔洞和裂纹等缺陷,与基体形成了良好的冶金结合。此外,复合涂层与基体之间呈现出较强的界面结合性能,且复合涂层也具有良好的摩擦磨损性能。
CrFeAITi composite coating is prepared by flame spraying and laser in-situ reaction on the surface of CLAM steel. The macro morphology, the cross section morphology, the bonding property, friction and wear property of composite coatings are examined by the scanning electron microscope, substrate stretched test and the friction and wear machine respectively. The results show that the surface of composite coating is smooth without air bubble and cracks in it. The composite coating has a dense microstructure as well as a good metallurgical bonding between the composite coating and the substrate. Additionally, the composite coating presents excellent interfacial bonding properties and friction and wear property.
