本文从地区专业化和行业集中庹两个方面，对集聚优势影响企业“走出去”的理论机制进行分析表明，基于行业集聚的分工协作效应有助于降低企业“走出去”的成本和风险，而源自行业集聚的企业所有权优势自我加强效应则有助于提升企业“走出去”能力，这是行业集聚优势影响企业“走出去”的本质。利用江苏省制造业企业数据，计量检验结果显示。无论是地区专业化还是行业集中度，两者所体现的集聚效应均对企业“走出去”具有显著促进作用，从而对本文理论机制分析给予了较好的经验验证，也在一定程度上证明了集聚优势能够成为中国企业“走出去”可依托优势。上述研究对于加快中国企业“走出去”的步伐，具有重要政策含义。

英文摘要：

From localization economies and industry concentration perspective, this paper analyzes theoretically the mechanism of impacts of clustering advantages on promoting enterprises＇ carrying out OFDI. Based on above analysis, this paper carries out empirical analysis and results indicate that localization economies and industry concentration which are main manifestation of clustering advantages have remarkable and positive impacts on enterprises＇ OFDI. During the key period for development of China＇s open economy, to speed up OFDI of China＇s enterprises, we should give great emphasis on the role of clustering advantages.
