针对准东煤富碱金属和燃烧易结焦的问题,研究了温度和SiO2添加物对准东煤中碱金属赋存形态及迁徙特性的影响。结果表明:准东煤中Na主要以水溶态存在,而K、Ca和Mg主要以不可溶态存在;随成灰温度升高,煤中水溶性Na含量显著降低而不可溶性Na含量升高;添加SiO2对准东煤中Na具有显著捕集效果,在降低灰中水溶性Na的同时提高了不可溶性Na含量。
The Zhundong coal mined in Xinjiang area is rich in alkali metal,resulting in slagging problems during coal combustion.Thus,the effect of temperature and SiO2 additives on alkali metal occurrence and transformation characteristics was investigated.The results show that,the Na in Zhundong coal is mainly water-soluble,whereas the K,Ca and Mg are mainly water-insoluble.As the temperature rising,the content of water-soluble sodium in coal ash reduced significantly,but the content of water-insoluble sodium increased.The SiO2 additives can both increase the content of water-insoluble sodium and reduce the content of water-soluble sodium,enabling SiO2 agood ability of sodium capture.
