室内织物因其容易点燃、燃烧速度快、蔓延迅速等燃烧特性,对室内火灾的发生、发展、蔓延及危害都有重要影响。采用锥形量热仪研究棉布、牛仔裤、毛衣、麻绳、海绵等5种常见室内织物的燃烧性能,分析不同热流密度条件下织物样品的点燃时间、热释放速率、质量损失速率、烟气产生速率及CO体积分数等重要参数。结果表明:海绵等高分子材料的点燃性能远大于动、植物等天然纤维编织的材料;常见织物的热释放速率随时间变化曲线大都呈初始平坦阶段-放热-后期趋于平坦的特征,而由于前期碳层影响,动物纤维、植物纤维等材料的织物呈现双蜂特征;织物组织结构的疏密程度、回潮率对织物燃烧性能的影响不可忽视。从试验结果可以得出,室内织物的火灾危险性排序为海绵〉羊毛类织物〉棉类织物〉亚麻织物。
Interior fabrics has a major impact on the development and spread of indoor fires and fire hazards because of its easy ignition, fast burning speed and the rapid spread rate. The burning behavior of five interior fabrics such as cotton woven, jeans, woollen sweater, hemp rope and sponge, were studied by means of the Cone calorimeter. The ignition time, the heat release rate, the mass loss rate, the yeild of CO and the smoke production rate of the five kinds of interior fabrics were analyzed and compared at different external heat flux conditions with the specific experimental data and image. Results indicated that heat flux is the leading factor. And with a higher the heat flux, the ignition time of fabrics will be shorter, the average heat release rate and the higher peak mass loss rate will be higher. With lower heat flux, smoke production rate and the yeild of CO will goes up. The effect of the density of the structure and moisture content to burning behavior of fabrics can't be ignored. It can be concluded from the results that the order of fire risk of fabric in room is: wool〉 sponge cotton 〉 linen.
