随着国内干法固井现场试验实例的增多,逐渐暴露出一些问题。结合国内外文献资料和现场施工资料对干法固井技术进行了分析,归纳了干法固井技术优势和技术难点,针对干法固井中存在薄弱地层易塌、漏的难点,提出了正注反灌、插入式固井、双级固井等注水泥浆方案,针对注水泥过程中的强自流效应问题,提出了应用井下节流浮箍的解决方案,降低水泥浆自由下落速度,避免水泥浆上返速度过快带来的井下复杂问题。
With increasing domestic in-situ experiment about dry wellbore cementing, some shortcomings are also gradually ex- posed. Combined literatures at home and abroad with field construction information and data about dry wellbore cementing, the technical superiority and technical difficulties are summarized in this paper. Aiming at the existing difficulties of collapse and lost circulation of cementing in weak formation for dry wellbore, the technology measures are put forward, including positive injecting and negative infus- ing cement slurry in empty hole, insert type cementing technique, two-stage primary cement, etc. The downhole throttling floating hoop is suggested to apply to manage the strong gravity effects in the process of cementing for dry wellbore, which can slow the cement slurry free falling speed, and avoid complex downhole problems resulted from excessive high cement slurry flowback speed.
