The five measurement dimensions of the span of enterprises are as follows： the cost difference,the resource difference,the assemble scale difference,the government service difference and the market difference,which also serves as the papers kernel variables. Taking the integrating capacity of the enterprise as the regulated variable,the relocation pattern and the region as the controlling variable,this paper constructs a correlation model of the span of relocation and the relocation performance,defines the relation between them with the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis.
