阐述一种高性能、高精度的自动在线I-U特性测试系统。该系统主要采用单片机DSPIC30F4011为控制核心.以高精度的霍尔电压和电流传感器采集硅光电池的电压和电流。设置占空比的大小,通过光电耦合驱动绝缘栅双极晶体管的开关时间,从而改变硅光电池的电压、电流,并将采集到的I-U特性加以显示和绘制。
A high-precision and high performance automatic online I-U characteristics testing systems was described..The microcontroller DSPIC30F4011 was used as the core controller of system. Highprecision hall voltage and the current sensor was used to collect the voltage and current of the silicon photocells. Firstly the size of dutyfactor was set, through the switching time of IGBT driven by photocoupling coupling,the voltage and current of the silicon photocells were changed, and the collected I-U characteristics was illustrated and drawn.
