针对既有普通线路小半径曲线段混凝土枕存在的挡肩伤损严重、承轨槽压溃、轨距扩大等问题展开了优化研究。在Ⅲa型轨枕基础上,重点对承轨槽尺寸进行优化改造:加大承轨槽深度的同时改变挡肩坡度。以压应力为评价指标,采用有限元软件对改造后的轨枕进行承载能力检算。结果表明:承轨槽深度由25 mm加大为40 mm、挡肩夹角由120°改为110°时,轨枕挡肩面和轨下截面所受压应力最小,轨枕受力情况得到明显改善。将改进后的混凝土枕在一编组站溜放线进行了试铺,接近1年的使用情况表明该混凝土枕枕应用状态良好。
According to current problems of concrete sleepers on small radius curve section in existing common railway line,such as serious injuries of shoulder,bruised rail ditch and the widening of gauge,the optimization research was conducted. Based on Ⅲa sleeper,an optimization design of the rail ditch size was implemented primarily,which was increasing the depth of the rail ditch and changing the slope of the shoulder at the same time,and the carrying capacity calculation for transformed sleeper was conducted with the finite element software by using the compressive stress as evaluation index. Results show that the compressive stress of sleeper shoulder surface and sleeper bottom under the rail is minimal when the rail ditch depth is increased from 25 mm to 40 mm and shoulder angle is changed from 120° to 110°,and the sleeper stress situation is obviously improved. The improved concrete sleepers are laid on lead track in a marshaling station and the use situation in nearly 1 year identified that the concrete sleepers are in good condition.
