"油页岩干馏、半焦燃烧、页岩灰渣作为建材与化工原料"的综合利用技术路线适宜油页岩固有特性和满足我国能源发展战略的需要,具有良好的发展前景。本文分析了油页岩综合利用系统的工作原理,结合油页岩特性和油页岩干馏、半焦燃烧技术现状和研究成果,讨论了油页岩综合利用系统的关键技术问题,提出了以鼓泡床作为油页岩干馏炉、以循环流化床作为半焦燃烧利用装置、以循环流化床燃烧生成的热灰和循环热瓦斯共同作为干馏炉热载体的油页岩鼓泡床干馏及半焦循环流化床燃烧组合系统,用于炼油、制煤气和供热等,实现油页岩资源综合利用。
The comprehensive utilization technical route of "Oil-shale retorting, semicoke combustion, oil-shale ash as building materials and chemical raw materials" which is appropriate to the inherent characteristics of oil shale and satisfies the needs of Chinese energy development strategy, has good prospects for development. Combined with the characteristics of oil shale and oil-shale retorting technology, oil-shale semicoke combustion technology status and research results, this paper analyzed the principle of the comprehensive utilization system, discussed the key technical problems of the oil-shale comprehensive utilization system,and put forward oil shale bubbling fluidized bed retort and semicoke circulating fluidized bed combustion combination system for oil refining,gas and heat supply system,with bubbling fluidized bed as retort furnace,circulating fluidized hed as semicoke combustion facility, hot ash generated by circulating fluidized bed combustion and circulating hot gas as the heat carrier of retort furnace, which realizes comprehensive utilization of oil shale resources.
