为了更加准确模拟空中发射过程和提高其安全性,搭建了空中发射技术的联合仿真系统。首先在Solidworks中建立了运载火箭、载机、阻力伞以及伞绳的实体模型;然后将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,对其进行有限元分析,得到模态中性模型;最后将柔性体代替刚性杆,利用ADAMS进行动力学仿真,实现了基于ADAMS与ANSYS的空投火箭联合仿真。仿真结果表明柔性体对空中发射运动精度和安全性的影响不容忽视。
To simulate the process of air-launched launch vehicle effectively and improve its security,a coordinated simulation system is built. First,a three-dimensional model of the launch vehicle,cargoplane,rope and parachute is built in Solidworks software; and then,the model is imported into the ANSYS software for finite element analysis; At last,imports flexible rope into ADAMS software by MNF for dynamic and kinematic simulation,and coordinated simulation is successfully implemented. The simulation results indicate that the influence of flexible body on kinematic accuracy and security can not be ignored.
