本文构建了科技竞争力评价指标体系,并运用灰色关联投影模型,对我国35个工业行业的科技竞争力进行了实证研究。结果表明,各工业行业之间的科技竞争力存在显著差异,高技术行业具有明显优势,资源型行业处于劣势,原材料行业与一般制造业居中,略高于资源型行业,但与高技术行业有很大差距,据此给出提高工业行业科技竞争力的建议。
This paper constructs the evaluation indicator system of CST and applies the grey relation projection model to assess the CST degree about the 35 industries in China.The results show that there is significant difference among the 35 industries;high-tech industry has the clear comparative advantage;resource-based industry is in the inferior position;raw material industry and general manufacturing industry are in the middle and slightly stronger than resource-based industry;compared with high-tech industry,there is still a big gap.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,the paper gives some recommendations for improving the industry's science and technology competitiveness.
