灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)是死体营养子囊菌,可侵染200多种植物的许多部位引起灰霉病,对许多农作物(包括番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)、草莓(Fragaria×ananassa)、葡萄(Vitis vinifera)等)造成重大损失,灰葡萄孢菌具有很高的遗传多样性,本文对灰葡萄孢菌的形态分化、致病力分化、转座子基因分型、系统发育分型和分子遗传多样性进行了综述。
Botrytis cinerea is a typical necrotrophic ascomycete fungus, known as grey mould. This grey mould can infect more than 200 plant species, leading to substantial losses in numerous crops including tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum), strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa), grape (Vitis vinifera), and so on. There is high genetic diversity in population of B. cinerea. In this paper, phenotypic diversity, pathogenicity differentiation, transposable element genotypes, phylogenetic group, genetic diversity of B. cinerea were reviewed.
