由于齿形迷宫流道滴头的内部尺寸很小,利用常规仪器难以对其流道内的水压力分布规律直接进行测量。利用自行研制的试验装置,对迷宫式滴头齿形流道内部的压力分布状况直接进行测量,结果表明:该装置切实可行。实测的齿形迷宫式滴头流道内能量损失并非均匀降低,在不同工作压力区间段内压力损失比例存在差异,且随工作压力的变化,各齿段的消能比例也在不断的变化;当压力达到一定范围后,各齿段间的消能比例系数基本稳定不变。
The maze flow profile of the internal emitter is tiny, difficult to measure the hydraulic distribution directly with conventional equipments. Using self-developed test equipment, the distribution of pressure was measured in maze flow path of emitter. Results show that this device is practical. Energy loss is not uniform within the maze flow path. The reduction ratio of different pressure loss varies with the working pressure range. The energy dissipation ratio among the maze flow path is changing by the working pressure. When the working pressure reaches a certain scope, the coefficient of energy dissipation ratio is stable among the internal maze flow path of emitter.
