Mobile library application （APP） is a new model of mobile services which is provided by librar- ies to users. From the current situation of the development and usage of mobile library APP in China, this paper analyzes the mechanism of users＇ continuance usage intention and behavior of mobile library APP based on ECM-ISC theory, and reveals the specific influence of system quality, information quality, ser- vice quality, perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, perception cost and users＇ habit to users＇ continuance usage behavior of mobile library APP via empirical test.
