无线传感器网络(wireless sensor network,WSN)受电池能量、计算能力、通信能力和内存空间及传感数据多维特征的限制,传统的离群点检测技术不能直接应用于WSN,因此出现了一系列针对WSN的离群点检测技术。对已有的WSN离群点检测技术进行了概述,根据各离群点检测技术的特征进行了分类和分析,并结合现有技术的缺陷和需求,展望了WSN离群点检测技术的未来研究方向和目标。
In the field of wireless sensor network, measurements that significantly deviate from the normal pattern of sensed data are considered as outliers. The potential sources of outliers include noise and errors, events, and malicious attacks on the network. Traditional outlier detection techniques are not directly applicable to wireless sensor network due to the multivariate nature of sensor data and specific requirements and limitations of the wireless sensor network. This paper provided a comprehensive overview of existing outlier detection techniques specifically developed for the wireless sensor network.
