钢-混凝土组合桁架是一种由钢腹杆和混凝土弦杆组成的新型结构形式。进行了2种不同构造的节点模型试验,介绍了试验方法和结果,描述了节点在加载过程的力学行为,对比了不同节点的受力性能、承载力和破坏模式。试验结果显示节点的失效模式可能有:混凝土开裂破坏、节点板屈曲和受拉钢腿螺栓滑移。应用有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行全过程数值模拟分析,对比不同的有限元分析结果,明确了不同节点的薄弱部位。研究成果可以为该实际工程和同类工程节.董设计提供试验参考和理论依据。
Steel -concrete composite truss is a new structural form composed by steel braces and concrete chord. Two different kinds of composite joints model experiments were carried out, and the test methods and results were introduced in the article. The mechanical performance under the behaviors of loading process was described, then a comparative analysis of different joint's mechanical behavior, ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode was conducted. The experimental results show that failure modes include the cracking mode of concrete, plate yield- ing and bolt slipping. The different FEA results were compared to the test results which were simulated through ABAQUS software, which show the weak parts of different joints and how to effectively improve the bearing ca- pacity. Test results can provide references and theoretical basis for the similar proiects on the joint design.
