黑客恶意注入的欺诈性数据可以干扰电力系统状态估计,对电力系统的安全可靠运行产生巨大威胁。现阶段防御研究都忽略了历史数据库中可提取的有效信息对防御欺诈性数据的辅助作用,因此,提出一种基于历史数据库的电力系统状态估计欺诈性数据防御模型。以打破欺诈性数据的隐蔽性为目标,采用维特比算法(Vitervbi algorithm,VA)求解隐马尔可夫模型(hidden Markov model,HMM)描述的电力系统运行状态,并将VA求解的短期状态预测结果作为防御算法打破欺诈性数据隐蔽性的状态参考。IEEE-14和IEEE-118节点测试系统的仿真结果验证了短期状态预测结果的可靠性及防御算法遏制欺诈性数据的有效性。
False data, maliciously injected by attackers to distort power system state estimation, pose a great threat to reliable operation of power systems. Since research of defense mechanisms has currently ignored available information aid that can be extracted from historical database in defending against false data, this paper proposed a historical database-aided defending model to secure power system state estimation from being distorted by false data. Aiming to corrupt false data stealthiness, Viterbi algorithm(VA) is adopted to forecast power system operation states described with hidden Markov model(HMM), after which forecasted results are used as state reference in defense algorithm to realize stealthiness corruption. Simulation results based on IEEE-14 and IEEE-118 bus test systems verify reliability of short-term state forecast results and effectiveness of the proposed defense algorithm against false data.
