针对九龙矿回风巷全断面变形破坏严重的问题,根据现场监测与分析,认为围岩性质、巷道埋深大、所受地应力较大、巷道围岩与巷道支护体不耦合、底板未支护是造成回风巷全断面破坏的主要因素。基于耦合支护原则,提出了"预应力锚杆+预应力锚索+W钢带+钢筋网"的耦合支护方案,根据现场监测,有效保证了回风巷稳定。
Based on the distortion and breakage problem of the whole section of the return air roadway in Jiulong Mine,through the field investigation and monitoring,the study showed that the reason of the distortion and breakage of the whole section of roadway is surrounding rock properties,tunnel buried depth,roadway supporting of roadway surrounding rock with body no coupling,floor not support. Based on the principle of coupling support, a coupling support scheme was proposed, that was prestressed anchor + prestressed anchor cable+ W steel strip+ reinforcement net. According to field monitoring, the technology ensured the return airway stability effectively.
