生物体内存在着各种各样的金属离子,它们有着特殊的生理功能,并对生命过程起着至关重要的影响。对金属离子的检测已经成为一个热点问题,近年来,激发波长在近红外区的双光子荧光探针由于有着单光子荧光探针无法比拟的优点,因而受到广泛的关注。文章阐述了双光子荧光探针的优点,以及金属离子荧光探针的结构特点和探针与客体的作用方式,分析了探针在生物系统中的应用,最后展望了此类探针的发展趋势。开发对特定金属离子同时具有高度敏感性,选择性,水溶性好的双光子金属离子荧光探针具有广泛的应用前景,双光子荧光探针的发展能有效的促进双光子显微镜的发展,促进生命与医学科学的发展。
There are various metal ions in organism,which have a special physiological function and play a critical influence on life processes.So detection of metal ions has become a hot topic.Recently,because the excitation wavelengths of two-photon fluorescent probe are located in the near infrared,which lead to more advantages than that of the single-photon fluorescent probe and attract a broad attention.In this review,the advantages,the structural properties,the mode of action between object and two-photon metal ion fluorescent probe were reported,and the applications of the ion probes in biological system were analyzed.At last,the development of such probes was prospected.There are good prospects of developing a two-photon metal ion fluorescent probe,which has high sensitivity,selectivity and water solubility.The development of two-photon fluorescent probe can promote the development of two-photon microscope and life and medical science.
