研究煤焦颗粒在燃尽过程中的结构和辐射特性变化,常采用等直径变密度和等密度缩核这两种极限结构模型。本文基于以上两种结构模型,并根据部分实验数据,对这两种模型分别进行了一定程度的更符合实际情况的改进;并以焦作煤为例,采用有效介质理论和Mie理论,以及基于Mie理论的包覆层球理论来初步计算焦作煤煤粉颗粒在不同燃尽率下的辐射特性。改进后的模型对实际燃烧过程中煤粉燃烧辐射传热的精确计算更具有参考意义。
The variation of structure and radiation properties of coal char particle in the combustion process has been studied by usually using equal diameter-variable density model and equal densityshrinking core model in the limit structure.According to the above models and partial experimental data,two models are both improved at a certain extent to be better accordance with the practice For example,the radiation properties of coke coal have been preliminarily calculated at different combustion efficiencies by effective medium theory,Mie theory and BHCOAT based on Mie theory. It has important significance for accurate calculation in the practical combustion process of coal combustion on radiation heat transfer.
