作为城市化进程中的主要推动者,外来大学生选择就业与定居的城市会对城市的发展与进步产生着重要的影响。在北上广深等一线城市房价高涨的背景下,外来大学生是否还会选择长期定居在一线城市是文章研究问题的出发点。了解影响外来大学生的定居意愿的因素,为建立稳定的社会支持系统,完善城市保障制度,提升高学历青年学生定居意愿提供理论基础。采用二元Logistics回归分析从机理上阐述了外来大学生定居一线城市意愿的影响因素。结果表明：学历、居住时间、住房类型、户籍类型、社会支持利用度、买房意愿、职业期望与自我实现等8个变量对定居意愿有显著影响,其中学历、居住时间、住房类型跟自我实现是通过归属感对定居意愿产生影响。
英文摘要：
As the main promoters in the process of urbanization, the choice of employment and settlement by migrant college students have an important impact on the development and progress of the city. In the context of rising house prices of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other first-tier cities, whether migrant college students will choose to settle in these cities is the starting point of the study. In order to figure out the factors that affect settlement intention of migrant college students and to provide theoretical basis for establishing stable social support system and improving the urban security system, this paper used Binary-Logistic analysis to explain the influence factors of the migrant college students＇ settlement intention in the first-tier cities. The results show that education, residence time, housing type, type of household registration, social support utilization,willingness to buy a house, career expectations and self-realization have significant effects on the settlement intention, among which education, residence time, housing type and self-realization have impact on the settlement intention through the sense of belonging.
