The use of medical electronic endoscope makes the diameter of the operative mouth smaller and smaller, which has brought the gospel to the patients. But this directly leads to loss of depth information of the patient's body organs, which has brought great difficulty to the surgery. The paper describes the realization of the electronic endoscopes with free three-dimensional perspective. The system can show the depth of information in the patient's body to doctors in real time. In this paper, the principle and the realization of this system are described from hardware to software.
