Taking related ancient written records into account, the present paper elucidates three artifacts recorded in bamboo slips from the tomb of Zeng Marquis Yi, namely the zizu er （紫组 ） purple-silk-ribbon-tied jade, juliu （驹 ） colt, and gou huan （ 钩环 ） hook and ring, and discusses a series of related problems.
