采用ASTM D7766/D7766M—15试验标准,对聚氨酯泡沫夹芯、T700/3234碳纤维增强树脂面板试验件采用落锤冲击,分析了不同冲击能量、不同泡沫芯材、不同冲头作用下复合材料泡沫夹芯板的冲击响应,发现其可以分为3种破坏模型.随冲击能量增大,最大冲击力增大,达到峰值的时间缩短,上面板损伤开始较早,结构损伤增大,泡沫夹芯板压缩量增大;密度较大的泡沫夹芯结构上面板产生的冲击力的峰值大、位移小、吸收能量多,下面板的变形减小,结构抵抗变形能力强,应变小;直径小的冲头穿透性强,上面板应变较小,下面板应变增大.
Drop weight tests were carried out on the polyurethane foam and T700/3234 carbon fiber panel sandwich specimen based on the ASTM D7766/D7766M--15 experiment standard. Then, the dynamic responses of the com- posite foam sandwich plates with different foams and punches were analyzed under different impact energy. The re- sults show that ( 1 ) there exist three types of damage models for the dynamic responses ; (2) as the impact energy increases, the peak impact force of the upper panel increases and reaches the peak value in lesser time, and the structure damage of the upper panel starts earlier and continuously increases, with an increase of the compression of the foam sandwich plates ; (3) the upper panel of the higher density foam sandwich plates has a higher peak force value and a smaller displacement with more absorbed impact energy, and the corresponding lower panel has smaller deformation and strain with a stronger capability to resist the deformation; and (4) the punch of a smaller diameter has a stronger penetration, which can lead to a smaller upper panel strain and a larger lower panel strain.
