在6种不同盐浓度梯度下,对新疆1979年以来常用的27个棉花品种(系)种子发芽势、发芽率进行测定。用耐盐浓度、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐极限浓度进行耐盐性分析,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。结果表明,在盐胁迫下,各品种(系)的发芽势、发芽率随盐浓度的增加逐渐降低,相对盐害率逐渐增加,不同品种(系)对盐胁迫的反应不同。以150mmol.L-1 NaCl作为划分耐盐级别的临界浓度,27个棉花品种(系)种子萌发阶段耐盐性极强的占33%,强耐盐的占37%,中度耐盐的占26%,弱耐盐的占4%。说明,适合在新疆棉区生长的棉花品种(系)在萌发阶段的耐盐能力差别不大。根据耐盐性综合评价,种子萌发阶段耐盐性极强的品种为新海17号、新海16号、中棉43号、豫棉15号、新海20号、新陆中20号、新陆早12号、新陆中10号和中棉42号。
In order to screen salt resistant cotton varieties,twenty-seven varieties that are being widely grown in Xinjiang of China have been used to determine the resistance by measuring the germination potential,germination rate of seeds with six NaCl concentration levels.Salt tolerance was analyzed by salt-tolerance concentration,semi-lethal salt concentration and the limit salt concentration,also evaluated comprehensively by membership function method.The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate among all varieties decreased with the increasing of the concentration of NaCl solution,the relative salt stress harm rates on the germination were increasing,and different varieties responded differently to the salt stress.With 150 mmol·L-1 NaCl solution as a critical concentration to divide salt tolerance levels during germination stage,33% of twenty-seven varieties ranked the best salt tolerance level,37% ranked better,26% ranked medium,4% were bad.The varieties with the best salt tolerance are Xinhai 17,Xinhai16,Zhongmian 43,Yumian 15,Xinhai 20,Xinluzhong 20,Xinluzao 12,Xinluzhong 10,Zhongmian 42.The result suggested that the cotton varieties which were able to be grown in Xinjiang had relative higher salt resistance.There were no big differences in salinity resistance among the varieties.
