以环戊二烯酮衍生物和二苯乙炔衍生物为原料,通过Diels-Alder环加成反应制得六芳基取代苯衍生物(6);6在FeCl3催化下通过Scholl反应制得六苯并蔻衍生物(7);7与4-乙炔基吡啶通过Sonogashira偶联反应合成了一个新型的含炔基吡啶的六苯并蔻衍生物,其结构经MALDI-TOF-MS表征.
Hexaarylbenzene derivative (6) was prepared by Diels-Alder eycloaddition reaction of tetraaryl cyclopentadienone derivative with 1,2-bis (4-dodecylphenyl) ethyne. The hexabenzocoronene derivative(7) was obtained by Scholl cyclodehydrogenation of 6 catalyzed by FeCl3. A novel hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene derivative containing ethynylpyridine was synthesized by Sonogashira coupling reaction of 7 with 4-ethynylpridine. The structures were characterized by MALDI-TOF-MS.
