Accident in Fukushima shows that organization safety should focus on the ability to cope with accidents and risks,e.g. the resilience of organization. The paper,on the basis of literature review,studies the evolvement of organization safety management. It introduces the nowadays study of organization resilience,the definition,structure and some measurement methods. It reviews on today＇s development and direction to the future study at the end.
