目的了解氟铝联合对雄性大鼠性激素的影响。方法选用断乳2周的健康SD雄性大鼠16只,按体质量随机分为4组,每组4只,分别为对照组及铝、氟、氟铝组。对照组和铝组喂饲的玉米饲料68%来自于非病区(含氟、铝各为5.2、6.8mg/kg),分别给含铝0、90.0mg/L的饮水;氟组、氟铝组给含68%的燃煤型氟中毒病区煤烘玉米饲料,含氟、铝量为106.0、19.7mg/kg,并分别给予含铝0、90.0mg/L的饮水。实验第90天后以出现明显氟斑牙为模型复制成功的判定指标。采集大鼠血样,用时间分辨免疫荧光法进行血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的测定。结果大鼠血清T水平氟铝组[(15.994±6.558)~g/L]明显高于对照组[(3.317±0.635)斗g/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),铝组[(8.134±3.134);zg/L]、氟组[(1.868±0.367)斗g/L]、氟铝组[(12.687±2.979)斗g/L]与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。大鼠血清E2氟组[(0.172±0.030)nmol/L]明显低于对照组[(0.319±0.072)nmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),铝组[(0.282±0.012)nmol/L]、氟铝组[(0.265±0.047)nmol/L]与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。氟和铝两因素存在交互作用(F=9.82,P〈0.05)。结论氟铝联合作用影响雄性大鼠性激素的水平。
Objective To observe the combined poisonous effects of fluoride and aluminum on sex hormone of male rats. Methods Sixteen weaned SD healthy male rats aged two week were selected and divided into control group, aluminum group, fluoride group, fluorine-aluminum group, four rats in each group. All rats in the experimental groups were fed with corn collected from the prevailng areas containing different fluorine contents respectively for 90 days. Serum testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) were detected. Results Compared separately with the control group [ (3.317 ± 0.635)μg/L], serum T level of fluorine-aluminum group [ (15.994 ± 6.558)μg/L] was higher (P 〈 0.05), but aluminum[(8.134 ±3.134)μg/L] and fluorine[(1.868 ± 0.367)μg/L] groups had no significant differences(P 〉 0.05 ). Compared separately with the control group[ (0.319 ± 0.072)nmol/L], E2 level of the fluorine group [ (0.172±0.030)nmol/L ] being lower (P 〈 0.05), and it was not significant differences (P 〉 0.05) in the control group when compared with aluminum group [ (0.282 ± 0.012)nmol/L], and fluorine-aluminum group [ (0.265 ± 0.047)nmol/L] . Fluorine and aluminum interacted with each other(F= 9.82, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combined poisonous effects of fluorine and aluminum may influence sex hormone levels of male rats.
