随着蛋白质组学研究的不断细化和深入,亚细胞水平的蛋白质组成为当前蛋白组学研究的热点之一。亚细胞蛋白质组学研究可以减少全细胞蛋白组分析的复杂性,其研究内容主要包括亚细胞水平的蛋白质组组成、功能、定位及其相互作用。比较、鉴定、分析正常生理状态和病理状态下亚细胞蛋白质组的差异表达蛋白并研究其功能,成为寻找疾病特异生物标记,揭示致病机理的有效途径之一。论文就蛋白质组学在不同亚细胞水平的应用和研究现状、面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向做一综述。
With the detail and deep development of proteomics,subcellular proteome has become a research hotspot of current proteomics.Subcellular proteome can reduce the complexity of whole cell proteome analysis,and it's research content mainly includes the subcellular level of through composition,function,localization and interaction.Comparison,identification and analysis of subcellular proteome differentially expressed proteins between normal physiological condition and pathological condition,the specific biomarkers of disease can be found and pathogenesis may be uncovered.In this paper,the latest progress,the challenge and the prospect of subcellular proteome were discussed.
