英文摘要：

There is an internal mutual mechanism between energy prices and marginal abatement cost of car- bon emissions, which becomes the important factors influencing the global energy consumption, price formation of carbon market and emission reduction policy choice. This paper summarizes the research literature about abate- ment cost of carbon emissions, and analyzes the theory of internal decision mechanism between fossil energy prices and marginal abatement cost of carbon emissions, and conducts empirical analysis through co - integration test, short and long run Granger causality and impulse response, and lastly puts forward the policy recommendations from the developing countries perspective.
