补阳还五缓释片的制备与体外同步释放研究

中文摘要:

目的:制备补阳还五单室渗透泵缓释片,并考察其主要有效成分"整体受控、同步释放"的情况。方法:指纹图谱相似度评价。结果:制备了补阳还五单室渗透泵缓释片,并获得了其体外释放的指纹图谱及其成分的体外释放同步性的数据。结论:补阳还五单室渗透泵缓释片能够做到多种成分整体受控,符合中药复方用药的特点。

英文摘要:

The study was aimed to prepare Bu-Yang-Huan-Wu(BYHW) elementary osmotic pump sustained release tablets and investigate the situation of its main effective components of "synchronous control and sustained release." Release similarity of chromatographic finger prints of BYHW in vitro dissolution was evaluated.The results showed that BYHW elementary osmotic pump sustained-release tablet was prepared and the chromatographic finger prints were extracted.And data of its release similarity was also obtained.It was concluded that BYHW elementary osmotic pump sustained-release tablet can achieve the synchronous control and sustained release of many ingredient.It is also fit for the characteristic of Chinese herbal medicine compound.
