Pei-Sheng Pan was born in Inner Mongolia, China, in 1966. He received the B.S. degree from the University of Inner Mongolia, Huhhot, in 1988 and the M.S. degree from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, in 1994, both in computer engineering. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Communication ＆ Information Engineering, the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests include channel estimation, cooperative communication, and information theory.e-mail： panps@ njupt.edu.cn. Bao-Yu Zheng was born in Fujian Province, China, in 1945. He received the B.S. degree from the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, in 1968 and the M.S. degree from the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, in 1984, both in communication engineering. He is currently a professor with the School of Communication ＆ Information Engineering, the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
