通过溶液培养,研究不同浓度硅(0、30、80、130、180mg·L^-1SiO2)在4.0mg·L^-1Cd^2+浓度胁迫下对水稻幼苗生长及其部分生理特性的影响。结果表明,4.0mg·L^-1Cd^2+浓度明显抑制水稻幼苗的生长;硅是通过提高水稻幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、降低根系细胞质膜透性、促进根的伸长和侧根的生长等途径减轻Cd2+对水稻幼苗的毒害,从而达到提高生物量的目的。此外,当SiO2浓度为130mg·L^-1时,上述指标均达到最佳,说明该SiO2浓度可能是缓解水稻幼苗生长的最理想浓度。
The effect of silicon under cadmium stress on growth and some physiological characteristics of seedlings in Oryza sativa L. was studied by hydroponics culture method.Oryza sativa L. seedlings were treated with the concentration of 4.0 mg·L^-1 Cd^2+ and 0,30,80,130 ,180 mg·L^-1 SiO2. The results showed that Cd^2+ (4.0mg·L^-1) inhibited growth of Oryza sativa L. seedlings significantly,silicon (SiO2) alleviated Cd toxicity by raising chlorophyll content, receding the permeability of cell membranes and speeding root length and lateral root growth, and the biological yield was improved. Therefore, the addition of 130 mg·L^-1 silicon (SiO2) to cadmium solution was the best concentration to improve seedlings growth.
