Based on the study of video transmission technology, an adaptive adjustment method is provided for the real-time video transmission. This method monitors the network status and chooses the appropriate adaptive means according the changing of network status, thus the video stream can fit the current network, A video communicating system are implemented with this adaptive adjustment method, and the test result shows the adaptive adjustment effect.
