芹菜对小鼠精子运动能力的急性影响及可复性观察

目的探讨芹菜对雄性小鼠精子质量的影响,为进一步开发利用芹菜提供基础依据。方法80只SPF级昆明种健康成年雄性小鼠,按体重随机分成4个实验组:对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每天定时给对照组0.3ml生理盐水灌胃,剂量组以0.3ml不同浓度的芹菜汁灌胃,连续灌胃7d。①灌胃结束,每个实验组随机抽取10只小鼠脱臼处死,取材,应用CASA系统测定精子密度、活率及运动参数;②将剩余雄鼠恢复14d后处死,检测其精子运动参数。结果实验研究中发现,灌胃7d中剂量组小鼠精子密度增加,d级精子比例增高,精子活力和精子活率大幅度降低。灌胃恢复14d后各剂量组精子密度、精子活力及活率比较均无统计学差异。结论芹菜汁对小鼠精子的运动能力有一定影响,但其影响具有可恢复性。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the acute effect of celery on sperm quality of male mice,so as to provide the basic materials for the further utilization of celery.Methods 80 adult male mice of Kunming strain in SPF degree were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups:normal saline group,the low-dose group,the medium-dose group and high-dose group.Mice of each group were administered by gavage at a certain time every day,experimental group with 0.3 ml of celery juice of different concentration and control group with 0.3 ml of normal saline.①10 mice of each goup were randomly selected and killed by dislocation respectively at the end of 7 days,then sperm density,sperm living rate and sperm motility parameters were measured by CASA system.②Remaining mice were killed after recoverd for 14 days,and sperm motility parameters were detected.Results In medium dose group of acute experiment,the sperm density increased,the proportion of d degree sperm raised,sperm motility and sperm living rate were significantly decreased,sperm motility parameters were not significant changed (P〉0.05).In the recovery groups,the comparison of sperm density,sperm motility and living rates were no statistically significant.Conclusion Celery had effect on sperm motility in some degree,but this effect was recoverable.
