By analyzing the study on the protective effects of herbs to diabetic vascular endothelial injury, herbs could protect diabetic vascular endothelial cells by inhibiting protein nonenzymatic glucosylation, Polyol Pathway, the activity ofhexosamine pathway, protein kinase C（PKC） activation, oxidative stress（OS） of endothelial cells, inflammatory reaction and the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells.
