网球作为一项竞技体育运动项目,同时也具备十分深厚的文化内涵,在高校体育课程中网球课程是很受学生欢迎的课程.但是,在山西高校网球课程教学的过程中,通常大多数大学生在之前的学习生活中极少接触网球,导致在掌握网球技术的过程中存在着一定困难.主要分析“快易网球”的概念及其特点、山西省高校网球教学中存在的问题以及以“快易网球”为核心的教学模式在山西省高校网球教学中的应用措施.

Tennis, as a competitive sport, has a very deep cultural connotation, therefore, tennis is very popular PE course for college students. However, in the college tennis course in Shanxi province, most students rarely contact with tennis in the previous study and life, which lead to students have some difficulties in the process of mastering the tennis technology. This paper mainly analyzes the concept and characteristics of ＂quick and easy tennis＂, the problems in the tennis teaching in colleges in Shanxi Province, and the measures to applying ＂quick and easy tennis＂ as the core teaching mode in college tennis teaching in Shanxi Province.
