本文试图将组织间差异划分为惯例差异和知识差异两个维度,研究组织间差异对关系机制的影响作用,应用多元回归分析法对219家国内企业的调查数据进行实证分析.结果显示,企业间惯例差异负向影响关系机制强度;企业间知识差异正向影响企业间的关系机制;企业间惯例差异在知识差异与关系机制关系中起负向调节作用.
This paper attempts tO divide interorganizational differences into two dimensions of routines differences and knowledge differences, and studies the impact of the interorganizational difference on interorganization relational mechanisms. Through the empirical a- nalysis of the survey data of 219 domestic enterprises by muhivariate regression analysis method, the resuhs showed that, firstly, the interorganizational routines differences could affect the strengths of the relationship mechanisms negatively. Secondly, interorganizational knowledge differences could affect on the strengths of relationship mechanism positively. Thirdly, interorganizational routines differences could strengthen the positive role of knowledge differences on relationship mechanisms.
