目的:探讨壬基酚(NP)在半透膜及水、沙相的分布。方法:采用半透膜采样装置(SPMD)和常规采样技术相结合,对黄河兰州段的水和底泥进行样品采集和监测分析。结果:两种采样技术检测出的污染物种类相同,该河段存在着不同程度的壬基酚污染;壬基酚容易吸附在半透膜和底泥上,半透膜是其吸附态的主要存在形式。结论:半透膜技术作为有机污染物的采样方法应用在黄河上是可行的,今后应加强其在监测中的应用,并不断完善。
Objective:In order to study the distribution of nonylphenol on semipermeable membrane,water and sediment. Methods:Sampling and monitoring water and sediment in Lanzhou reach of Yellow River through semipermeable membrane device and tradition method. Results:Two sampling methods were used to detect the similar contamination kind, there was pollution of nonylphenol to different extents. Nonylphenol was easily adsorbed on semipermeable membrane and sediment, semipermeable membrane was the main existing form of adsorption shape. Conclusion:Semipermeable membrane sampling technology is feasible in Yellow River as a sampling method of organic contamination and it should be strengthened and continually perfected in the future.
