云南某矿矿体及围岩为软弱破碎碳泥质板岩,节理裂隙极为发育,开采技术条件苛刻,采矿过程中面临凿岩成孔率低、生产能力小、支护工程量大等一系列问题。经工程类比及现场试验,确定选用MEYCO MP364矿用树脂进行注浆预加固技术现场试验。通过改变注浆压力、注浆孔半径及注浆时间,应用岩层窥测仪对化学浆液扩散效果进行观测,确定了注浆压力、注浆孔尺寸等技术参数,并初步形成了针对该矿体的化学注浆工艺系统。现场试验结果表明:按照推荐的技术参数及工艺进行化学注浆,可增强矿体稳定性,增加采场顶板最大允许暴露面积,改善存窿矿石的流动性,从而实现了矿体预加固。
Rock of the surrounding and ore body of a copper mine in Yunnan province is argillic-carbonaceous slate with developed joint fissure.Mining condition of the deposit is extremely harsh,such as difficulties of hole-forming,low productivity and large quantities of supporting works.MEYCO MP364 mine explosion-proof resin was selected to carry out some chemical grouting tests based on engineering analogy and field experiments.Different diffusion radiuses were measured by rock peek instrument,while grouting pressure,bore radius and grouting time were changed.Then the technical parameters were confirmed,and the grouting system of this copper mine was preliminarily built.The field tests indicated that,by chemical grouting reinforcement with proposed technical parameters,the stability of the ore body and rock mass strength had been improved greatly,and the fluidity of stored ores and the maximum permit exposure area of stope could be increased,so that the reinforcement of the ore body was realized.
