Transform and sharing of tacit knowledge, which may be closely related with psychological contract according to this research, is a difficult problem to be overcome in academe and applied area. At first, theory about psychological contract and sticky knowledge is introduced. The tacit knowledge is classified by the theory, and then its characters are analyzed in detail. Finally, the way to deal with management for transform and sharing of tacit knowledge is put forward, and management measures in accordance with different types are put into practice in the paper.
