基于中国加入WTO的背景，在国有资产逐步撤离的过程中，建立了关于外商与国内金融机构同时对国有企业投资的动力学模型，将古诺模型引入了金融领域．针对这一模型超出稳定域时所出现的混沌现象，应用直线控制法，通过对控制参数的扰动，成功地实现了对混沌态的控制，进而给出了解决这类问题的可行方法．
英文摘要：
This paper is based on China＇s entry to the WTO; sets up a dynamics model which describes a situation that both foreign enterprises and domestic fmancial institutions are investing in state-owned enterprises with the Stateowned assets withdrawing gradually, and we bring the Cournot model into financial field. Then we analyze the stability of this model. This model maybe appear the phenomenon of chaos, when it is beyond the stable area. We apply the straight-hne stabilization method to control chaos successfully through varying the parameters, and then bring out the feasible way to solve these problems in reality.
