杭州市城市绿地固碳释氧价值量评估

针对不同时期、不同城市绿地类型固碳释氧价值量的相对精细化动态分类评估、城市绿地面积的绿化面积转化系数的探讨等问题展开研究,用经济核算方法对杭州市城市绿地的固碳释氧价值量进行相对精细化的动态评估探索。结果表明:"九五""十五""十一五"期间,风景林地年固碳释氧总价值分别为20 101.6万元/a、22 937.7万元/a和22 820.2万元/a,3个时期的变化幅度不显著;公园绿地年固碳释氧总价值分别为1 481.5万元/a、3 300.0万元/a和8 339.5万元/a,3个时期的变化幅度显著;其他绿地年固碳释氧总价值分别为880.1万元/a、13 334.7万元/a和2 1566.5万元/a,3个时期的变化幅度非常显著。风景林地不同植被类型固碳释氧价值比例排在前2位的是常绿阔叶型和常绿落叶阔叶混交型,公园绿地和其他绿地排在前2位的是常绿落叶阔叶混交型和落叶阔叶型,主要与植物年净生产力、土壤年固碳速率和绿化面积关系密切。

英文摘要:

This article studies the dynamic variation of the value of carbon fixation and oxygen release of urban green space in different periods, the relatively fine classification evaluation of the value of carbon fixation and oxygen release of different types of urban green space, the plant area conversion factor of urban green space and other issues that need more exploration. It uses economic accounting methods to make relatively fine dynamic evaluation of the value of the carbon fixation and oxygen release of the urban green space in Hangzhou. The results show that, the variation of the total annual value of the carbon fixation and oxygen release of scenic forests during the period of the Ninth Five-year Plan, Tenth Five-year Plan and Eleventh Five-year Plan was not significant, which were 201,016,000 yuan/a, 229,377,000 yuan/a and 228,202,000 yuan/a respectively; that of the park green space was significant, which were 14,815,000 yuan/a, 33,000,000 yuan/ a and 83,395,000 yuan/a respectively; and that of other green spaces was noticeable, where were 8,801,000 yuan/a, 133,347,000 yuan/a and 215,665,000 yuan/a respectively. Evergreen broad-leaved type and evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed type rank the top two in the ratio of the value in scenic forests; evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed type and deciduous broad-leaved type rank the top two in the ratio of the value in park green space and other green spaces. These results are significantly correlated with the annual net productivity of vegetation, the annual carbon sequestration rate of soil as well as the area of green space.
