为了正确评估抽水蓄能电站的负荷跟踪效益,依据系统的负荷变化特性,提出了一种基于概率升荷模型的抽水蓄能电站负荷跟踪效益评估方法。该方法通过对不同系统运行方案进行系统静态运行模拟和负荷跟踪过程仿真,分析了抽水蓄能电站在不同运行方式下进行负荷跟踪时系统的经济性、能源消耗、污染排放和可靠性水平。应用此模型对某省抽水蓄能电站负荷跟踪效益进行了实例计算,分析结果表明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A quantitative evaluation method of load-following benefit for pumped-storage stations was presented, in which the production simulation and the load following process of power system are described in detail. A probability model of load-increasing was established using a mathematical statistics method according to the historical load data. The annual expected-energy-not-supplied (EENS), the sum of coal consuming, waste emission and reliability are regarded as evaluating indexes when the equifinal substitution method is used to evaluate the load-following benefit. The established evaluation model contains three sub-models: load model, load-increasing model and generator in creasing power output model. The optimal production dispatch mode of pump-storage station is discussed in power system. The case study of an actual pumped storage station shows the practicability ar, d feasibility of the method.
