小鼠结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)模型被广泛应用于CRC的病理机制与治疗策略研究以及抗癌新药筛选。体内示踪技术是CRC模型研究的前提条件,它能最大程度地实现对实验动物的无创监测,对于疾病的动态研究意义重大。目前,常用的小鼠CRC模型主要有3种:诱发型、移植型和基因修饰型。本文侧重于介绍移植型与近年来较为成功的Apc、Smad3和K-ras基因修饰模型。相应地,体内示踪技术也在不断改进,研发了一些新型的标记物,并且可以联用多种成像方式。本文对不同的成像方式结合标记物在小鼠CRC模型上的应用实例进行讨论,以期为相关的基础性研究提供参考。
Mouse models of colorectal cancer(CRC) are widely used in studies on the pathological mechanism of CRC and its therapeutic strategies,as well as screening the anticancer drugs.In vivo tracking technique,as a prerequisite for the above studies,can maximize the achievement of noninvasive monitoring of the experimental animals,which is of great significance for dynamic study on diseases.There are mainly three categories of mouse models of CRC:induced model,implanted model,and genetically modified model.This article focuses on implanted models and more successful Apc,Smad3 and K-ras modified models in recent years.In vivo tracking technique also has achieved obvious progress so far,developing some new types of labels and combining multiple modalities of imaging.Here this review discusses some practical examples about the labels combined with different imaging modes in mouse models of CRC,in hope of offering useful references for relevant basic studies.
