如何成功控制信息资源项目风险是信息管理领域研究的关键问题。提出了基于目标绩效的信息资源项目风险控制的理论框架,建立了风险与控制综合影响绩效的理论模型。该框架表明项目绩效是风险和控制共同作用的结果,正式控制和非正式控制对绩效具有直接的积极影响,同时在实施控制的情况下,风险对绩效没有直接影响,但风险会减弱正式控制和非正式控制对绩效的积极影响。通过项目的风险大小和控制程度,可以有效预测绩效。该理论为管理者在风险环境下进行有效控制和改善信息资源项目绩效提供了重要的依据。
How to successfully control information resource project risks is a critical problem in the areaof information management research. The study presents a theoretical framework for examining how tocontrol information resource project risk toward object performance. By showing the theoretical model ofrisk and control impact on performance, the study presents three propositions: formal and informal controlhave direct positive impact on performance. In situations of implementing control, the impact of risk onperformance is indirect, but risk will reduce the impact of formal and informal control on performance. Bydetermining the level of risks and controls, project performance can be predicted. This theory hasimportant implications for managers to effectively control and improve performance of informationresource in environment of risk.
